Due to popular demand, I finally got a JM-X2 Glock-style gel blaster. I'm not a fan of replica blasters, but since I've gotten so many requests about this blaster I finally got one with the intent to tear it down, see what's inside, and modify it with metal gears. The X2 gel blaster is notorious for stripping gears. There is a metal gear kit available, so in another video, I will show how to replace plastic gears with metal gears.

How to UPGRADE X2 Gel Blaster with METAL GEARS
To Fix Broken Plastic Gears and Repair JM-X2 Blaster.
The X2 gel blaster is notorious for stripping gears. I got my hands on the metal gear kit, so in this video, I will show how easy it is to replace the stock plastic gears with metal gears. If your JM-X2 splat ball blaster is not working because the gears are broken or stripped, then it can be fixed and repaired using this metal gear kit.

How To Disabled Recoil Slide To Improve Performance
I've gotten many requests on how to disable the recoil slide on the JM-X2 gel blaster. It's really easy to do once you know how. Watch the video to see how to do it.
Why would you want to disable the recoil slide on the JM-X2 Glock style gel blaster?
The main reason to do it is because it adds undue stress, wear and tear to the gearbox.
It decreases the performance of the blaster.
It decreases the RPS rate of fire off the X2 blaster.
It's annoying.
It's loud.
Why would you want to keep the recoil slide action on the JM-X2 Glock style gel blaster?
It adds some realism to using the blaster.
It's annoying. 😂
