How To Find HAAS Unresetable Hour Operation Timer Time

There are 2 places that HAAS operation timer hours can be found. One is resetable, and gets reset during software updates. The other is not resetable.

The hours shown under CURNT COMDS are resetable.

1. Press the CURNT COMDS (Current Commands) button on the control.

2. Page down to navigate to the OPERATION TIMERS & SETUP page

3. View active timers including:

 • Power On Time: Total duration the machine has been turned on

 • Cycle Start Time: Actual running time of the program.

 • Feed Cutting Time: Active cutting time (excluding rapid G00 moves).

The non resetable hours can be found here. This is also the way to get to the Debug menu.

HAAS HOUR READING (in debug menu)

Turn on machine

Press POWER UP RESTART to home the machine out

Press SETTING GRAPH button

Go to parameter number 7 (Parameter Lock)

Press right arrow key to turn parameter off

Press the WRITE key

Press ALARM MESSAGE button

Type in the word DEBUG

Press the WRITE key

Press POSITION button (POSIT)
